I once read a cd from an old bright eyes album…one of the first cd’s I received as a gift from my older sister. It was a cold wintery day and my mom was driving me to school. I took out the album to play in my lemony yellow sony walkman, the album was a rich ochre yellow and it read, “I wanna be warm light that spreads.” As soon as I read that I knew that was my Earth mission and overall ethos to how I desire to approach life.
It’s taken many years of de-armoring my heart & body to get where I am today. In moments of true grace I am reminded that the path of the heart is not a destination, more of a continuous state of being that we dip in and out of. I am so grateful for the many opportunities I have had to learn to lean back into the heart and the curiosities that guided me here. I am a little obsessed with Human Design, Gene Keys, the energetic Heart, self love, ceremonial Cacao, Yoga, Nutrition & so much more.
I feel that life is a series of remembering the heart. Whether you are an individual curious about your soul’s spark via human design, or an intuitive helper, healer, guide, mystic looking to activate your business. I am here for you because your medicine is needed the most right now.
